Whats In Our Backpacks?

The backpacks we use are 17” across, allowing us to fit all of the essentials inside. The purpose of our backpacks is to serve as a closet so that recipients can always carry extra clothes or supplies on hand.

Each backpack has 2 hygiene kits, which include an assortment of useful everyday hygiene products. The 3 t-shirts that are included are extra soft, and available in different sizes depending on the recipient. Also included are n95/kf94 masks to protect against covid-19.

Along with the hygienic essentials, we also include 8 granola bars and a reusable water bottle. In addition, each backpack also has 2 water 500mL water bottles. We buy all recipients a meal of their choice from any nearby restaurant or food cart.
